Support Service Supervisor

Job summary

Anexciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Services Supervisor to join the Domestic Services Team at RDASH NHS Trust based at our Tickhill Road site, in Balby Doncaster. The role requires the candidate to have management experience of delivering domestic services as well as an excellent knowledge and understanding of the NHS Cleaning Standards.

The applicant will be required to have excellent leadership skills to operational manage and lead the domestic services team as well as providing assurance that there is sufficient and appropriate allocation of resource in line with the required cover to deliver the agreed service. Attention to detail is essential as well as being an excellent motivator of people.

The successful applicant must be patient focused, proactive, and well organised with the ability to multitask and deal with frequent disruptions in a busy working environment. We are looking for hard working individuals who demonstrate close attention to detail and have a positive approach to their work.

This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor who is looking to broaden their breadth of experience.

Main duties of the job
