Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our small friendly Workforce Systems Team.
We are looking for candidates who can respond to challenges, have innovative ideas and be able to work with minimal supervision. Do you have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office 365. Ideally a candidate with NHS systems knowledge or experience, would be an advantage, as the candidate will be updating and maintaining the Trusts Workforce systems and ensuring accurate data is held appropriately on these systems.
You should be aware of GDPR and handling highly sensitive data. And will be expected to explain/demonstrate knowledge and experience on data protection.

Main duties of the job
The role is responsible for providing high quality accurate data input within the Trusts Workforce Systems, these are:
- Electronic Staff Records (ESR) - The Trusts HR, Payroll and Learning & Development system.
- Occupational Health Information Online (OHIO) - Staff occupational health medical referral system.
- Registrations Authority (RA) - Smartcard authentication system gives staff access to National NHS systems that require a second authentication level, for example patient data systems and ESR.
The role will be supporting the ESR Manager Self-Service (MSS) process and maintaining relations with the MSS Care Group Administrators. Dealing proactively with a range of employee queries arising from the Workforce systems; support the other Workforce and Transactional Services Teams (Payroll and Recruitment) as required.
