Job summary

Seaford Ward is an Elderly Care Ward 27 bedded with 4 x 6 bedded bays and 3 side rooms with 4 x 6 bedded bays and 3 side rooms You will be caring for patients who may have multiple medical conditions, are on multiple medications and often require specialist support at home or in their care homes. Staff will also support patients who are acutely unwell, may also have poor recognition (dementia & delirium), difficulty in walking, falls and frailty.

Main duties of the job
