The Imaging Network Board is a collaborative partnership across the three ICSs of Surrey, Sussex & Frimley, ensuring alignment in service delivery across all health and care organisations in the region
To deliver high quality, timely, sustainable, equitable diagnostic imaging services to patients working collaboratively as partners through Surrey, Sussex & Frimley Imaging Network (SE2). Trusts will commit to collaborating to achieve the below expectations and deliverables of the Imaging Network

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide senior leadership for the delivery of the Digital Diagnostics Programme across the Surrey, Sussex & Frimley Imaging Network. Working within an agreed strategic framework, the role will be responsible for translating strategy into robust, deliverable programme and ensuring high-quality, timely and sustainable implementation.
The role will lead the day-to-day management of a complex digital capital programme, applying best-practice programme management methodologies to oversee delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure benefits realisation. The post holder will work collaboratively with provider Trusts, ICBs, Clinical Leaders and System Partners to secure engagement and alignment.
The Digital Programme Director will matrix-manage and oversee programme and project teams, providing professional leadership, direction and assurance rather than direct line management. They will manage and report on programme spend, with final financial sign-off retained by the Managing Director/ SRO.
