Following the recent success in recruiting a new supervisor to this role, we our now looking for a further supervisor to join our great team.
You will be joining a dynamic and enthusiastic team who work in close partnership with colleagues in our Estates and Facilities Division.
We are looking for a confident, natural leader to work as part of our Facilities Management Team. The post holder will directly manage resources and supervise the Housekeeping Team in maintaining a clean, safe environment for our patients, staff and visitors.
You will work in unity with the other team supervisors to contribute to, and build, a team ethos, develop our housekeeping staff, support their training and deliver a first class service.
Full training will be provided to support you and underpin your own career development.
We currently work a permanent shift pattern , over a 7 day rota, which includes early, late , weekends, bank holidays and night shifts.
Contract hours/days will be discussed at interview.
Rotating shifts are also a future possibility dependant on individuals and service needs.
Main duties of the job
Motivating and supporting the Team in the provision of a high quality service, holding team meetings and maintaining mandatory training and appraisal compliance.
