Job Vacancy: LED ST3+ Registrar in Gastroenterology / Medicine Full GMC Registration Required

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Locally Employed Doctor (LED) at ST3+ level in Gastroenterology / General Medicine to join our team at Conquest Hospital.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care on our General Medicine wards at Conquest Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad clinical experience within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide inpatient care on General Medical wards

  • Participate in ward rounds, clinical assessments, and multidisciplinary team meetings

  • Support resident staff and contribute to teaching and training activities

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)

  • Experience at ST3+ level in General Medicine or Gastroenterology

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Provide inpatient care on General Medical wards
  • Participate in ward rounds, clinical assessments, and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Supervise and support resident doctors
Additional Information:
  • The Trust operates across multiple sites, and cross-site working may be required depending on service needs
