Main duties of the job
We're recruiting now for talented individuals to join our expanding teams in both acute and community settings.
We're looking for:o Occupational Therapistso Physiotherapistso Speech and Language Therapistso Dietitianso Registered Nurseso Support Workers across Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, Dietetics & Nursing

To work under the supervision of registered Dietitians to provide follow-up for patients referred to the Dietitian for nutritional support and other dietetic interventions
- Obtaining relevant information from patients, other staff and electronic notes.
- Advising and educating patients where necessary on foods suitable for their dietary needs.
- Identifying patients' food and drink preferences as necessary and prescribed supplements.
- Assist in the nutritional monitoring of patients by collecting specified information such as anthropometric measurements, biochemistry, nutritional intake and support the implementation of dietetic interventions, reporting findings to the Dietitian responsible for the patient's care.
