Job summary

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Trainee to join our Technology Enhanced Development (TED) team to support the ongoing administration and management of a wide range of education and training opportunities through our Totara Learning Management System - MyLearn.

The postholder will commence on Band 2 and be supported to undertake a Business Administration Apprenticeship. On successful completion of the programme and in-house training they will progress to Band 3 once they meet the requirements of the Job Description.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be part of a small team of administrators who provide a key service to support the set-up, maintenance and delivery of a range of education activities and to enable all Users access to access content through MyLearn. This varied role requires a customer-focused attitude and aptitude for digital applications to ensure all staff and users get the support they need. Once their training is complete the postholder will be responsible for providing a first-class customer care and administration service to support the Technology Enhanced Development service.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the TED Team and wider Trust colleagues to maximise use of our LMS.

We are looking for candidates with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn. Interest in digital tools and online learning platforms along with strong communication and organisational skills. Commitment to completing the apprenticeship and progressing within the team.
