Job summary
We are looking for an approachable and enthusiastic Pelvic Health Co-ordinator to join our busy MSK Therapies Team.
The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of effective and efficient administrative support to the Pelvic Health service across all sites.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible providing high quality administrative support to the Pelvic Health leads, including minute taking for meetings and working with other administrators of Pelvic Health services across Sussex.
The successful applicant will be able to work using their own initiative and will be able to prioritise workloads effectively. They will also support with the training and development of the administration team ensuring that all standard operating procedures are being followed.

- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) to include English and Maths at Grade C or above
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent relevant experience

- Good understanding of office procedures and general clerical experience
- Must be used to working in busy environment with a variety of different people
- Two years' experience of working as a receptionist or administrator dealing with general public/service users dealing with enquiries
- Production of data reports
- Production of clinical correspondence
- Experience of digital Booking Systems

- Line Management of other administration staff
