Medical Administrator - Women & Children's (W&C)
37.5 hours per week (30 hours could be considered)
We are seeking enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our administrator team with a focus on medical rota's and co-ordinating leave and booking locum doctors. The role will also include some general administration including minute taking and community equipment ordering which makes the role varied.
Main duties of the job
The post holders will support the Management Team by overseeing the medical rota's for W&C cross site.
Reporting into a Lead Administrator and working in partnership with a peer on site, this role is pivotal for providing rota cover which in turn ensures our patients receive high quality and timely care.
Completion of minute taking and supporting senior management team with diary management and organising of meeting (face to face or Via Teams).
Good previous use of Integra and Supplychain for ordering purposes.
Previous experience within NHS is essential.

- Good general education to GCSE Grade C or above, with English and Maths
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Administration or equivalent relevant experience and knowledge
- RSA III qualification or proven equivalent knowledge and experience
- Recognised IT qualification or equivalent experience and knowledge
- Evidence of continued professional development in relevant field
- Willing to undertake qualification while working

- Experience of computerised record systems and data storage/retrieval/analysis
- Experience of complex diary management/rotas
