Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to work in the community. The post holder will support the District Nurse in delivering an efficient and high quality nursing service using evidence based practice to a wide range of patients within the locality.
We are looking to recruit a Health Care Assistants to work in the Eastbourne Hailsham & Seaford localities.
You will be required to work flexibly which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
This is a community post and therefore you must be able to travel throughout the locality, in a timely manner, carrying equipment/staff with you. You must have access to a car and hold a current driving license. You will also be expected to support students as part of their basic training and colleagues as part of their ongoing professional development.
The post holder will need to attend a period of induction and training before commencing in the role.
