Matron Admin Assistant - Urology Investigation Suite

Job summary

The Urology Investigation Suite is a busy day unit undertaking a wide range of diagnostic tests and treatments.

We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational skills, good IT skills and enjoys being part of a team. The work can be very varied and requires an attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills are essential to support the team and liaise with the various departments whose services are vital in maintaining service delivery.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a well organised and motivated person, with a can do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, to provide high quality administrative support.

If you have an ability to work calmly under pressure and feel you meet the following requirements:-

  • A good communicator.
  • Posses a polite and caring manner
  • Have a good sense of humour
  • Able to prioritise own workload
  • Be you are computer literate and competent with the use of Microsoft Office

The successful applicant will be responsible for arranging meetings, taking notes, support in the use of Health-roster and the recruitment electronic system, in addition to booking mandatory training and providing full administrative service to the Matron.
