Job summary
Temporary Workforce Services are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team.
This post will be to support the booking team to secure temporary staff into vacant shifts across the trust. The role will involve both telephone and email communication, and some face-to-face enquires. You will be using online databases and Excel on a daily basis.
Normal working hours will be Monday - Friday (9am-5pm).
Main duties of the job
The role will be supporting the trust to cover vacant shifts with temporary staff, both bank and agency. TWS cover all staff groups, from doctors to HCAs to administrators. Every request can be different in terms of skills, hours and location and we do our best to match available staff to these requirements.
Therewill also be involvement in ensuring compliances are in date and the WTD legislation is adhered to at all times. We are looking for someone with good customer service skills, someone who is a good problem solver, can think outside the box and can multitask. Knowledge on trust locations and procedures would be a bonus.
