Job summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible staff to support in different areas within the trust as a therapy assistant. This will include areas such as physiotherapy, Speech and Language therapy and Occupational Therapy. The roles cover both Hastings and EDGH, and there may also be community work available.

The successful candidates will be adaptable, highly motivated, and display excellent team working abilities.

Working on the bank, your roles and responsibilities will vary according to your placement or shifts picked up, giving you the opportunity for a wide variety of experience.

Main duties of the job

These temporary positions can be varied with a range of days and hours available. You will undertake specific skilled support work to aid in the rehabilitation and safe discharge of patients.

As a member of our Temporary Workforce team, you can enjoy the flexibility to work in locations and at hours that suit you, fulfilling a variety of short and longer term roles dependent on your preference and on service needs.You must have good communication skills experience of dealing with the public and an understanding of cleanliness and good hygiene practices.
