Full Time 37.5 hours - Internal rotation
Reference:Seaford Ward is a busy 28-bedded Ward. You will be caring forpatients who may have multiple medical conditions, are on multiple medications and are often require specialist support at home or in their care homes. Staff will also support patients who are acutely unwell, may also have poor recognition (dementia & delirium), difficulty in walking, falls and frailty.

To participate within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering appropriate safe patient care in a timely fashion working towards the role of Team Leader providing clinical expertise ensuring the delivery of appropriate safe patient care.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will have recent NHS experience with at least 6 months at Band 5 in the field of acute medical nursing. Ideally you will have, or be willing to undertake a recognised teaching and assessing qualifications be able to work within a team and have effective communication skills.
