Wirral Administration Service have an exciting opportunity to recruit an Administration Team Co-ordinator to support our newly acquired Autism Service which is based within our Place Based 1 Administration Hub. This role will be based at The Stein Centre, Birkenhead
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent, and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health, and well-being of the people within our area.
We will ensure that the successful applicant has access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Hybrid working will be available once the successful applicant has completed an house training period.

Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team, providing leadership, day to day management and building and maintaining good working relationships across the service. You will be self directive, good at reflective practice, highly organised, with excellent communication skills. The post holder will ensure provision of timely and accurate administrative support to Clinicians within various clinical services, organise and minute meetings, and will demonstrate a high level of expertise in Microsoft packages.
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required. Experience of using electronic patient records would be advantageous.
