The successful candidate would be joining an established, knowledgeable and enthusiastic team who support each other and daily deliver an exceptional service for its patients.

This role involves supporting our clinic duties alongside key-working a varied yet manageable case load.
Main duties of the job
This is a great time to be joining the team following a period incremental positive changes and remodelling to the way we deliver our services.
The post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary framework, undertaking assessments and coordinating the care of patients with both functional and organic mental illness.
The post holder will support / lead aspects of our busy community clinics as well as key-work a caseload which will involve ongoing assessment, formulation, care planning, risk assessments, completing reviews and offering tailored interventions to help improve wellbeing/outcomes for the individual and their families, signposting to other agencies where necessary.
Excellent communication, report writing, and assessment skills are essential for this post. Applicants should have the appropriate qualifications, a comprehensive working knowledge of mental health disorders and of the Mental Health Act.

Supervision and training are mandatory with wider training / personal development encouraged and readily available.
