Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with eating disorders?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our East Cheshire 0-18 Eating Disorders Community Team. In this role, you will provide assessment, treatment, and support to children and young people with eating disorders. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, and dieticians.

Make a real difference in the lives of young people who are struggling with eating disorders.

You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experts in the field, and you will be supported to develop your skills and knowledge.

You will also have significant links with generic community CAMHS, which will allow you to provide a wider range of services to young people and their families.

We are asking that you have a core qualification, national registration and a interest in working with young people and their families with Eating Disorders.

Previous experience of working with Eating Disorders is a major advantage.

Main duties of the job

In addition to the above, you will:

Work alongside Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and other clinicians to provide a comprehensive range of treatment options

Have the opportunity to train in a variety of therapeutic models, including the Maudsley Family Based Treatment

Be part of a team that is committed to research and innovation in the field of eating disorders
