Job summary
We are looking for an experienced HealthRoster/Optima system specialist to join the systems Support team within People Services. Experience of the RLDatix (Allocate) roster Health suite is essential.
This role is 6 months (Fixed term)
Main duties of the job
In addition to providing specialist support to CWP managers and staff using the roster, you will also be responsible for system administration tasks in line with standard operating procedures to ensure the integrity and operational effectiveness of the system is maximised at all times and that accurate and timely weekly and monthly pay files are produced in line with Payroll schedules. You will also conduct quality checks and audits to provide insight and assurance to roster managers.
A detailed job description and person specification for the System Support Specialist role is attached separately. The full scope of the role covers multiple systems and while experience in these would also be an advantage, the successful candidate will ideally be most proficient in electronic rostering as described above.
