Job summary

We're seeking a highly organized team player to join the administrative team at Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) in West Cheshire. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to take the lead as our new Coordinator and provide excellent support to our existing team.

Main duties of the job

1. To ensure comprehensive administration support is provided at all times within the service.

2. To provide line management, supervision and support to administration staff.

3. To take responsibility for the allocation of work within the administration team and ensure that it is completed within given timescales.

4. To be responsible for planning own workload and work area. Continually reprioritising to meet changing demands within the service.

5: Supporting the team manager and clinical co-ordinator with administration tasks

6: facility formal HR procedures where necessary

7. Ensure that local and trust polices are adhered to.

8. To comply with the Data Protection Act.
