Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Assistant HR Business Partner on a fixed term or secondment basisuntil end of January 2025.

Main duties of the job

We need a HR professional who is ambitious, flexible and a creative thinker.

This role is key is supporting and developing manager capabilities to embed a just culture approach ensuring colleagues are treated fairly and with openness.

The successful applicant must be degree educated (or equivalent) as well as have CIPD (Chartered membership)/ or equivalent experience.

So, if you are a passionate, values driven, CIPD membership/or have equivalent experience, able to evidence that you have operated successfully at HR officer level in a large organisation with a diverse workforce, this might well be the best next step in your career and we look forward to receiving an application from you.
