Clinical Operations Manager Acquired Brain Injury Service

**We offer a relocation package of up to £8,000**

The relocation package is for anyone joining the Trust in a Clinical role who would need to relocate in order to take up employment with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership.

To be eligible for the relocation payment, you must live more than 40 miles from the base/location of the post you are applying for and you would need to relocate to within 15 miles of the new base.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established community brain injury service covering Cheshire and Wirral. The team of 20 plus consists of assistant psychologists, clinical psychologists, consultant neuropsychologists, brain injury case managers, specialist vocational OT's, administration support and volunteers. The team base is at the Countess of Chester Health Park and an office at Clatterbridge Hospital where inpatient neuropsychology is provided to stroke and brain injury patients. The service also hosts the Rehabilitation and Placement Service (RAPS) which gate keeps all out of area ABI rehabilitation placements. AHP's and nurses with extensive experience of stroke and/or acquired brain injury should apply as this position will carry the clinical role of a brain injury case manager for the Cheshire side of the service.

Main duties of the job

The Acquired Brain Injury Service sits within the LD, Neurodevelopmental and ABI Care Group at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership Trust. There is a proactive and highly supportive senior management team with weekly team catch ups and monthly operational meetings. Management responsibilities will include budget management, staff appraisals, leading team business meetings, business continuity plans, tier 2 on call duties and representing the service at LD Care group operational meetings. Management supervision will be provided by the Head of Clinical Services and the relevant clinical supervision will be provided from within the service.

An effective communicator with excellent time management and people skills is essential.

Please note this role requires On Call Responsibilities.
