Job summary

Very Senior Manager (VSM) Salary Plus NHS Pension

We are seeking a talented leader with a track record of providing visible, credible and effective HR and OD leadership. Whether an existing or aspiring chief people officer, you will bring excellent people skills, with the capability to influence across all parts of our local health and social care system to drive forward collaborative programmes of workforce transformation. You will bring an approach that is aligned to the Trust's core vision of 'working in partnership to improve health and wellbeing by providing high-quality, person-centred care' and embody the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment.

About us

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries. We employ more than 4,000 staff across 62 sites in Wirral and Cheshire, as well as Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton and Liverpool, serving a population of over 1 million people. We also provide highly specialist services for 2 million across the North West as a whole.

We provide integrated care in the community and within inpatient settings based on best practice and outcomes, working closely with the people who access our services and their carers to provide person-centred care for all. Our services are developed and led by clinical staff and we strive for clinical excellence by ensuring there is a framework to deliver qualityimprovements, making sure that safe and effective care results in positive outcomes.
