Main duties of the job
As an Administration Assistant, you'll provide vital support to our therapists and clinical teams, helping ensure children and families receive a smooth, caring, and efficient service. You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for parents, carers, schools, and -- keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Essential
- GCSE English & Maths required at Grades 9-3 (A*-D) or equivalent practical application and experience which can be demonstrated at interview
Desirable
- Level 2 qualification e.g. Business & Admin or Customer service
- Good standard of general education
Experience

- Minimum of 12 - 18 months experience in a Customer Service /Office setting
- Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience of dealing and communicating with the public
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
