Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team at Calderdale Royal Hospital as the Clinical Lead for the Occupational Therapy Service within the Acute Therapy Team. The team covers Acute assessments in A&E and the Acute Floor as well as our inpatient wards including Medical, Cardiology and Acute areas
You will be joining our team at an exciting time when we are starting to reshape our services in line with the CHFT hospital reconfiguration plans. Therefore, this post brings with it the opportunity to be at the forefront of this planning and you will work closely with your team, including other Clinical Lead OT's within the Community Division to develop effective OT pathways and remodel our services in line with the changing picture of the hospital footprint. You will also be involved in the implementation of our home first pathways and supporting colleagues with these changes will be an important part of this role.

- Ability to manage customer expectation eg dealing with complaints
- Experience Developing Staff e.g. Supervision, PDR's
- Clinical Educator training
- Proven ability to case manage clients with complex needs
- Ability to identify own learning needs and engage in self-directed learning for CPD
