We are looking for 2 Recruitment Administration Support to support our Recruitment Service on an interim basis to cover maternity leave.
1 x 12 month fixed term contract
1 x 6 month fixed term contract
Main duties of the job
To ensure the operational recruitment activity is customer focused, efficient, effective and delivered to the highest possible professional standards supporting applicants and managers through the recrutiment process.

Administer the recruitment and selection process from vacancy control to offer, including; maintaining recruitment files, monitoring shortlisting and appointment outcomes, arranging interviews and ensuring pre employment checks are completed in accordance with statutory requirements and agreed Trust policies.
Input personal details for newly appointed staff promptly and accurately onto the Trusts Electronic Staff Record.
Responsible for the administration of the NHS Jobs website (e-recruitment) and Trac (recruitment system)
Provide administrative support to the corporate induction programme ensuring all new starters receive a high standard of on-boarding.

Essential
- English and Math GCSE grade 9-2 (A*-E) or equivalent or high level of literacy and numeracy skills demonstrated within application
- Evidence of self-development
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
Essential
- Experience within an office environment
- Experience in a role requiring the demonstration of high quality customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
- Basic knowledge recruitment and selection procedures
