Main duties of the job
Oversee the operational management of nine state-of-the-art theatres at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care.
Drive strategic improvements in service delivery, patient flow, and clinical innovation.
Take the lead on procurement, product evaluation, and cost-saving initiatives.
Inspire a culture of learning and professional development through training, coaching, and mentorship.
Collaborate with transformation and modernisation leads to shape the future of surgical services.
Ensure safe staffing, effective rostering, and smooth daily operations across theatre suites.
Champion evidence-based care and lead continuous quality improvement projects.
