We are looking for newly qualified Staff Nurses to join our professional and motivated nursing teams across all divisions at both Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and Calderdale Royal Hospital. You will join a busy multi-disciplinary team who are dedicated in providing individualised, evidence-based care. You will be self-driven, striving to provide a high standard of nursing care. Our ethos is 'Compassionate Care' to both patients and staff.
- Maintain a high standard of patient focused care in accordance with Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for patients, ensuring accurate written records are kept.
- Communicate with patients and carers to ensure they have access to appropriate information.
- Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in the care of the patient
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct
- Undertake duties on different wards/departments as and when required by service demands

About us
We employ more than 6,500 staffwho deliver compassionate care from our two main hospitals,Calderdale Royal Hospital and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary as well as in community sites, healthcentres and in patients' homes. We also are incredibly proud to have almost 150 volunteers here at CHFT.
