Main duties of the job
Tobe responsible forthe physiotherapy management ofa complexand variedrehabilitation caseload in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
To provide highly skilled specialist assessments, implementation and evaluation of individualised evidence-based treatmentswith a view to collaboratively maximise potential, regain independence and transition successfully to the community.
To work alongside the multidisciplinary team, serviceusersandfamilies to produce measurable and individualised rehabilitation goalsand care plans.
Tosupervise and inspire students, multitherapy assistants and registered staffwith support from your team lead and partner universities.
Toparticipatein self and team development, including supervisions,in servicetrainings,appraisalsand informal/formal teaching.
