Join our committed Older People's Mental Health (OPMH) team and play a key role in improving the lives of older adults in the Bracknell locality.
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate leader to provide operational leadership across our Older People's Mental Health services.
The Service Manager will have day-to-day responsibility and accountability for the safe, effective and efficient delivery of services, including the Memory Clinic, Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults (CMHTOA), and the Home Treatment Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality person-centred care to older people with a range of mental health needs. You will work in close partnership with the Bracknell Forest Council Service Manager, as well as colleagues across BHFT, the voluntary sector, and partner organisations, to ensure integrated and responsive services.
