An opportunity has arisen to join our Triage team as a Clinical Nurse Advisor working as an integral part of a Community Nursing service within theWindsor, Maidenhead & Sloughlocality. The Clinical Nurse Advisor will provide clinical support, assistanceand professionalexpertiseto all callers to the Community Nursing Triage Telephone Support, ranging from healthcare professionals to patients and their carers within Berkshire.The service is the main point of access forWindsor, Maidenhead & SloughCommunity Nursing. The post holder is expected torepresentthe service, in a professional and courteous manner always. Also providing advice and information using a level of clinical understanding and professional judgement.
