Job summary

Berkshire Healthcareareseeking anorganisedand motivated person for a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist role.

Be part of our dynamic and exciting band 5 Physiotherapy rotation. Working in a community setting is incredibly rewarding getting the chance to help people stay in their local community and achieve their potential. We offer excellent In-service training, including one to one clinical development on each rotationparticipatingin a robust teaching programme. Alongside this you will receive peer and management support as well as other development opportunities.

Develop your skills in musculoskeletal outpatients, including working with Advanced Practice Physiotherapists. Fine tune your rehabilitation skills on Inpatients and follow on to Intermediate Care rotations where you can progress your discharge planning whilst keeping patients independent at home and avoid them being admitted to hospital.We also offer the potential opportunity to be part of an exchange programme with an acute hospital.

  • You willenhance your clinical and managerial skills with support from local teams and a Band 5 mentor

  • You willparticipatein extensiveInservice training and developmental programmes to enhance your skills

  • You will work withinourmulti-disciplinary teamsto ensure seamless and effective care for our patients
