We are introducing a new programme of psychoeducational group interventions aimed at people with emotional regulation and emotional intensity difficulties. Youwillbeinvolved in the planning and delivery ofa variety ofonline and/or in-personpsychoeducationaland therapygroups, includingleading onthe deliveryof a new skills-based group programme where participants can learn new skills to manage difficulties with emotional intensity and related behaviours.
You will be working closely with our Community Mental HealthPsychological Therapies (CMHPT) andour Mental HealthIntegrated Community Teams (MHICS). There will be opportunitiesfor you to contribute to the widerpsychologicaltherapies provisiondepending on your interests and needs,which can include the potential for individual work.
You will be joining a dynamic team that values staff wellbeing and you will be well supported and supervised by a SeniorPsychologist. Your work base will be in Reading, althougha significant proportionof the service delivery will be online.
