We are looking for an organised,motivatedand enthusiastic Administrator to work in a friendly and supportive admin team whoprovide support to the multidisciplinary clinicians in providing a patient focused community mental health service.

The post will bebased across both sites at eitherErleghHouse, Reading or St Marks Hospital, Maidenhead. There will be some flexibility for home working too.

Main duties of the job

  • Supporting the Business Support Manager, and Team lead with Project work, data submissions, analysis, activity reports, operationalreportsand other administrative tasks to be completed to a high standard and within required timeframes.

  • To provide administration functionfor the BEDS Adults eating disordersteam for daily operational requirements and meeting service delivery requirements.

  • Good sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Word/Excel and knowledge ofRiOwould be an advantage. Run monthly reports for Business Support Manager.

  • Input confidential correspondence,reportsand other documentation to a high standard within an agreed timescale using software packages.

  • Be aware of meeting deadlines,planningand prioritising workloadin accordance withservice needs.

  • The post holder will be expected to liaise and communicate effectively with all levels of staff within the service and the wider Trust as well as members of the public.
