Here in the Recruitment Admin team we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join us at our base at Bath road in Reading.
You will work as part of a friendly team of like-minded professionals providing recruitment focussed administration support to services across the trust. You will work across the full end to end recruitment cycle from creating vacancies to booking interviews, to sending offers, doing ID checks and onboarding candidates.
Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with both Managers and candidates via phone and email on a daily basis. You will need to have good attention to detail, be well organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload and manage your time affectively
As a Trust we are big on staff development and offer a range of internal and external training opportunities.
The working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. You will work from the office for the first 3 months however once training is complete, we operate a hybrid model of 2 days in the office, 3 at home.
Main duties of the job
- Placing of advertisements accurately and cost effectively, according to appropriate deadlines
- To liaise with the Team Leaders, Recruiting Managers, Finance and local Human Resources departments to ensure that the Resourcing Agreements are properly processed including: Job descriptions, person specifications and all relevant documents associated with the recruitment process prior to advertisement
- To be responsible for actioning the shortlisting, interviewing and appointment arrangements necessary to complete the recruitment and selection process including the issuing of contracts of employment and pre-employment checks etc
- To administer the agreed recruitment and selection process to ensure the effective delivery of the recruitment service in line with the Recruitment and Selection Policy and Procedure
