We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Practitioner Qualified (SPQ) District Nurse (Band 6) to join our expanding Community Health Team based at Upton Hospital, Slough.
In this role you'll lead and support a team of community nurses, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the local area. You will assess and manage patients in their own homes, providing a wide range of treatments, from complex wound management to end-of-life care.
We're looking for someone with proven leadership experience, strong wound care expertise, and previous Band 6 community nursing experience. You'll bring excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (core hours): 08:30-16:30, Early shift: 07:00-15:00, Late shift: 11:00-19:00 and 1 weekend in every 4 weeks (with days off in lieu)
