Job summary

BHFT is looking for an experienced administrator to work in our Specialist services team based at our clinic at 25 Erleigh Road, Reading. Must be flexible, love working in a busy clinic and able to juggle competing priorities.

The role is administration within Specialist Services, working in the Adult Autism and ADHD services. There postholder will be expected to cover reception as and when required.

Main duties of the job

  • processing referrals

  • opting clients into the service

  • sending out correspondence to clients and GPs

  • contacting clients to book appointments

  • recording all interactions using BHFT patient record systems

  • sending out correspondences to GPs and clients

  • any other administrative tasks as directed by the business support manager

  • To support projects and ad-hoc work requirements by undertaking a variety of administration and clerical tasks
