We are looking to recruit a School Health Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team here in Bracknell and can offer a 26 hour working week, term time only.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Bracknell School Nursing team to deliver the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) to children in Reception year and Year 6. You will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to work in partnership with other teams and agencies, along with great communication and a passion for working with children and families whilst being able to adapt to continuing change.
Your work base will the The Rowans Childrens Centre however the majority of your time will be spent in the schools you are visiting.

- Deliver the National Child MeasurementProgramme (NCMP) for children in Year R and Year 6
