Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 4 Business Support Lead to manage and coordinate our administration team. The post holder will work as a member of the Community Nursing Team - West Berkshire, providing a high level of confidential administrative support to the Community Nursing Service Manager and wider Community Nursing Team.
You will be expected to lead on the supervision and appraisal of the current band 3 administration/Triage team, as well as covering some day-to-day activity on their behalf at times, within a busy Community Nursing Team.
You will be joining a large and very dedicated clinical team. This senior role is invaluable for the smooth running and efficiency of the overall service. You will need to be highly organised and able to work well under pressure. Although this is a very demanding role you will be working with a very dedicated and forward-thinking team and you will be able to play a key role in the ongoing provision and development of service.
