An excellent opportunity has arisen Triage Co-Ordinator/ Senior Therapy Assistant role in a friendly and supportive team within the BHFT. The successful candidate (s) will be working alongside an established multi-disciplinary team consisting of senior specialist community physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, therapy assistants, and team administrators. As part of this role the post holder will be an integral member of the Clinical support
Team. We are an integrated team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy assistants, and admin support. The service supports multiple pathways including Community Reablement, Falls and Community Physiotherapy. This is an exciting time to join BHFT, as we develop services to work in an integrated way within the community in West Berkshire and across Berkshire West. The successful candidate will be required to provide/ willing to develop skills in providing high quality, responsive services working as an integral member of the team. You will also work closely with social services and voluntary organization for adults with a wide range of physical impairments and mental health conditions.
