We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced project manager to join the Support Hope and Recovery/Resource Online Network Team (SHaRON) within Berkshire Healthcare.

The ideal individual with have experience of and will be able to demonstrate understanding of project delivery within the complex healthcare sector in relation to delivering software focused projects. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for implementation of SHaRON in identified Berkshire Healthcare services and other NHS Trusts, working as part of the wider SHaRON project team.

This is a working from home/hybrid working role, however, you will be required to attend a minimum of 4 mandatory team away days, which will be face to face events, with possible on-site meetings away from the office or within the Berkshire region as and when required.

This position is full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however, please do contact us if you are interested in the role but require flexible working around the working hours.

Main duties of the job

  • Lead on specific projects identified within the project management team taking ontheresponsibilities associated with the successful delivery of thespecificidentified projectswithin agreed timescales.

  • Prioritise and support the workload of the SHaRON support staff including Band 4 Administrator and any Business Support Apprentices to ensure the project management team receive the support required to implement projects.

  • Provide specialist advice/guidance and support in relation to the platform to manage any issues that arise daily with the support functions required to ensure the process of delivering SHaRON throughout its full lifecycle into multiple clinical services working closely with the SHaRON Programme Manager and Intelligent Automation teams.

  • Act on own initiative daily to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising own workload requiring minimal support/guidance from the SHaRON Programme Manager.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all implementations of SHaRON receive full attention and receive the training and ongoing support with moderation required.

  • Lead on specific highly specialisedtasksidentified within the project management team taking ontheresponsibilities associated with the successful delivery of theidentified tasks (ASANAand project tasks).
