Administrator, Urgent Care, WestCall - Wokingham Hospital
PART TIME HOURS, 25 HOURS PER WEEK
We are looking to recruit an experienced,motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join WestCall as a key member of our excellent administration team.
WestCall is the emergency out of hours GP service, covering West Berkshire. It operates 365 days per year. It is a dynamic, fast paced and busy environment.
This role is Monday-Friday, 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, 0930-1430 hours.
You will be a team player and work collaboratively with all disciplines whilst maintaining high standards.
Main duties of the job

Providing administrative support to the service.

Efficient and accurate reporting of data on electronic systems.

Assist the Urgent Care Manager with the rota management of medical and operational staff, including reviewing duty session allocations and ensuring that members of staff are aware of individual duty session on a daily basis.

Assisting with pay role to ensure staff are paid for the correct hours worked and the correct hourly rate.

Type confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales.
