Working between the hours of 10:00-18:00hrs Monday to Friday.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Call Handler to join our CQC rated 'Outstanding' Trust, within our Urgent Care Service.

We are a passionate Phlebotomy team dedicated to providing exceptional care.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Handler to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling telephone calls from patients.
  • Booking appointments for our phlebotomy services.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

Our telephone lines are open 5days a week (Monday - Friday) and closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Free parking when visiting our site is available for our staff.

Main duties of the job

  • To be a central point of contact by answering all incoming calls from patients / carers

  • Booking patients into appointments on computer-based software.

  • Booking children into the appropriate clinics and advise parent/carer of any specific requirements.

  • Scheduling appointments efficiently.

  • Assisting patients with their queries and concerns.

  • Collaborating with the phlebotomy team to ensure smooth operations
