ThisBusiness Operational support manager role will cover Integrated services across East Berkshire, the main work base being either Maidenhead or Slough. The role will report to the Integrated Services Lead and support the services with business and operational tasks. This will require someone with good knowledge of Business support tasks such as collating monthly data, monitoring service performance, managing small projects within services, recruitment support, preparing for team meeting, as well as supporting with the operational side, such as coordinating the administration teams, RIO referral management, overseeing appointment booking processes, staffing rotas/eRoster etc. Excellent IT skill are a must.

The Integrated services consist of a number of services -The Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre (ARC), Community Physiotherapy, Intensive Community Rehabilitation, Intermediate care and Inpatient therapies - covering Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead and Slough and Bracknell. They are integrated teams including Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy assistants, and admin support.

Main duties of the job

  • You'll deliver an effective operational and business support service to the Integrated Care services, which includes the Assessment and Rehabilitation Service, Community Physiotherapy, Intensive Community rehabilitation, and staff within the Intermediate Care Services; STS&R and ICR, including diary management, providing assistance in meeting service targets, offering operational leadership to the teams via delegated supervisory duties where appropriate.

  • Working under guidance from the Integrated Services Lead, you'll support the implementation of policies and processes relating to data systems, data collection and recording.
