We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Marketing and Communications Officer role for a newly created role within our NHS Talking Therapies service. This is an exciting role that requires lots of creativity, initiative and a keen eye for detail, along with exceptional technical communications skills and expertise - and compassion for those experiencing mental health difficulties.
Reporting to the Communications Manager for Talking Therapies, you will be responsible for managing and creating content for our digital media channels, managing our presence at events and supporting the delivery of communications strategies for a number of key projects to help raise awareness of the NHS services available and overcome barriers to accessing treatment.
You will have strong copywriting, planning and project management skills and be able to demonstrate experience of developing and implementing communications campaigns. An understanding and experience of using digital communications and developing digital platforms is essential.
You will deputise for the Communications Manager as necessary, so will need to demonstrate an ability to build trust with, and influence, senior internal stakeholders.
