Job summary
We have a part time opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to work 12 hours per week. We can be fairly flexible with regards to the days of the week you work but it would need to be either 2 x 6 hour days or 3 x 4 hour days per week.
Working in the ESR team you will primarily be responsible for creating ID cards for our staff, for which training will be provided. You will support in all areas associated with our ID card processes along with supporting the team with ESR queries (ESR is our Trust's HR and payroll system).
The role will be office based and you will be working within a small team in a friendly environment.

Free parking is available on site, however on rare occasions if it is full, you may have to park on the nearby streets
Main duties of the job
- Create ID cards using the in-house production system.
- To deliver ID Cards for new starters within agreed timescales.
- Communicate with managers and employees regarding queries relating to ID cards and action or refer as necessary.
- Administer the agreed ID Card processes ensuring procedures are followed regarding employee data verification and the authorisation of ID cards.
- Monitor, respond and escalate emails in the shared inboxes.
- To be the point of contact for ID Cards and maintain relationships across the service, assisting the team in the development and maintenance of efficient and effective office procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the ID card database and the ESR system, across the service, ensuring that services run smoothly through having well planned and organised administrative systems and processes in place.
- Organise all outgoing mail for ID Cards, ensuring mail is ready for collection at given times. Sort and distribute incoming mail.
