We are looking for Clinical /Counselling Psychologist Psychologists to join our very well-established Children's Eating Disorders team based in Maidenhead & Reading.
As a Psychologist you will play an important role providing specialist psychological assessments, care planning and a range of evidence-based psychological interventions. You will work one to one with our patients as well as delivering group treatments.
This will be a varied role working as part of a multidisciplinary team and with professionals across agencies.
As a service we are very committed to the development of our staff, we are also very supportive of applicants who are about to complete their doctoral training and can provide excellent training and support in working with eating disorders.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9 - 5 and we are open to applicants looking for both full or part time work.This is primarily a site based role however there is flexibility for some home working based on service need.

Main duties of the job
No day will be the same but below are some of the duties you will be undertaking:
- Assessing clients referred to Berkshire Eating Disorders Service
- To put together care plans for the psychological treatment / management of a clients mental health problems
- To deliver a range of specialist psychological interventions for individuals and groups
- To undertake risk assessments for individual clients and provide general and specialist advice to other professionals
- To maintain up to date and accurate clinical records
