Job summary
We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Administrator based at Wokingham Hospital. Administrators are key to our Trust, supporting our service users and clinicians. The teams comprise of child psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, family therapists, nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, art/play therapists, social workers and Primary Mental Health Workers.
Main duties of the job
- Working as part of our administrative team, you will support our clinicians in sending out correspondence and booking appointments. You will answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required.
- You will need to be confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- As the first point of contact on Reception, youwill have good interpersonal skills, providing an important link between the families and our clinicians.
- You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team.
- You will be expected to be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post.
- You will carry out day-to-day organization of systems to ensure the smooth running of the administration team.
