Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to become one of our Leadership and Organisational Development (OD) Facilitators; you will support the delivery of a robust OD programme that improves organisational performance and organisational culture by implementing innovative and creative approaches, training, interventions, initiatives, and projects.
Flexibility is a critical aspect of this role and you will need to demonstrate the willingness, understanding and ability to manage a broad range of organisational requirements and internal and external demands. This will be achieved through consistently displaying a thorough understanding of OD, Workforce and Learning and Development agendas.
Main duties of the job
Using a wide range of data and intelligence to monitor the culture and pro-actively collaborate with colleagues at all levels in intervention design, you will also be responsible for responding to organisational requests for support, for undertaking diagnostic work to identify needs, and for developing and facilitating organisational development interventions.
You will demonstrate inclusive leadership behaviours, be passionate about values, learning, wellbeing, inclusion, building staff engagement and improving the experiences of our workforce within the Trust.
