Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge within a growing Neurodiversity team? Are you looking for a role that can offer flexible working whilst also paying HCAS?
Due to new investment the Neurodiversity team is growing, creating a great opportunity for us to bring some new Administrators in to the team.
Based at Erlegh House, Reading, we are a friendly and supportive service, who are passionate and forward thinking about neurodiversity. We are looking for people who share our values and who are real team players to come and join us.
In the role you will have the opportunity to gain experience working across both the Autism Assessment Team and the ADHD team. You will ensure to provide the required administrative support to ensure that clinical services are delivered efficiently, and children, young people and families receive a seamless and timely service.

The service operates 9-5, Monday to Friday and we can offer a hybrid working model. We are open to applications from those looking for both full and part time work.

Main duties of the job
- To support the effective operation of theNeurodiversity Service, ensuring that administrative and data functions are delivered and run smoothly for the service
- Act as a central point of contact for families and professionals, maintaining effective communication channels across the service, including procedures for answering telephones and taking messages and monitoring and responding to emails
- Foster and maintain relationships with families and professionals
- Assist the team in the development and maintenance of efficient and effective procedures
- Arrange individual and multidisciplinary appointments for service users and the associated logging,confirmationsand other necessary activities
- Ensure efficient and accurate data is recorded on all electronic systems, in particular RiO electronic records, which conforms to necessary policies, processes and protocols
- Format/type/send outconfidential correspondence, reports and other documentation to a high standard within an agreed timescale using software packages
- Providegeneral administrativesupport, including diary management of clinics
- Support the activities and work of theTeam Leads, Service Lead and Business Support Manageras and when required
- Assist in the collection, processing and presentation of data as needed to support service leads and managers
